Ever have "Sunday night insomnia"?
It's a miserable thing.
And I suspect you've probably experienced it before.
I also used to have it each and every week back in my worker bee
days slaving away for the man. I was in so much debt I
could barely pay my finance charges -- with bill collectors, debt
collectors and even tax collectors pounding on my door. My car was
always on the brink of death, my family needed things (like
healthcare and clothes) and I had zero savings.
Sure, I temporarily forgot these things Friday and Saturday.
And maybe even during Sunday football.
But come Sunday NIGHT, I was trapped.
I'd lie there awake, tossing and turning, clutching my beating
chest as I sweat and squirmed in constant "flight or fight"
adrenaline mode.
Most Sundays I got maybe 2 or 3 hours of sleep.
Sometimes I'd even get NO sleep!
Eventually, I'd get up and fight traffic half alive, scared of
losing the job I hated, then come home exhausted and get up the
next day to do it all over again.
This went on for years.
And was the most depressing time of my life.
Anyway, why am I telling you this?
Because I believe the vast majority of hard working people
experience some form of this exact same thing. Where they lay
awake on Sundays (and probably other nights, too). Tossing,
turning, squirming and panicking over how they're going to pay
their bills, fix the car, get their kid to the dentist and even pay
the mortgage or rent.
This is fast becoming the norm for most people.
But it doesn't have to be this way.
You CAN escape it.
If I can do it, then YOU can.
I never got a college education,
but I did escape the Sunday night insomnia monster.
And I did it by doing just a few simple things online that took
less than an hour per day.
